Product innovations and patented designs

In its landmark 50th year, Code 3 continues to push and evolve their product range. Well known to existing Code 3 customers will be the Megaflex™ Series Directional Warning Lamp range. This dual-colour warning light features an innovative flexible housing design, which allows it to be mounted on flat or curved surfaces with a secure, high-bond backing tape. Available from spring 2024 is the new Mini-Megaflex™, which provides a smaller 68mm version of this popular lamp, allowing for added versatility in mounting position and application. Code 3 are proud of the expertise of their team and the products they design and develop and they actively protect these innovations – the Megaflex™ and Mini- Megaflex™ have been awarded design and utility patents, providing design protection in Europe, USA, and Australia.

In addition to this, Code 3 have also released the CD5031 Directional Warning Lamp range, designed to fit seamlessly into a vehicle’s front grille, it features dual LED technology, providing exceptional output with combinations of white, blue and red illumination available. The bezel and stud mount options allow for ease of installation, as well as offering synchronisation capabilities with MR6 and M180™ exterior lights.
